If May comes, then how far is the Summer? If we don’t go out for outward bounding and team building before May coming to an end, then we will have to wait for a whole summer till the coming of the next Autumn(if we do have a comparatively long period during which the weather seems like that in “typical” autumn here in Northern China where Summer and Winter are too intimate to leave too much space for Autumn ).
On May 15 and May 16, the whole team of Junya Precision Machinery Company went to the northern part of Tianjin for outward bonding and team building. Our destination, a house in the mountains, was with good scenery and full of leisure and peace. The rainfall on both May 15 and May 16 did not extinguish our enthusiasm for this activity. We had a good time during the unforgettable two days. We ate and drank together, we played interesting group games together, we went hiking in the mountains and climbed to the top of a mountain together… We had participated in so many interesting activities together and left a cherishable memory as a team.
What we have experienced together as a team in the two days has made this activity a success. We might feel a little bit of fatigue physically, but it matters nothing compared to our mental satisfaction gained from the activity. If we do have regret, it might be that we do not have another two or even more days to spend time so closely with each other.
At some point in our life, when we recall it, we will feel proud: Yes, I had worked and done a lot of interesting and meaningful things in that Junya team with those vigorous and interesting guys.
Thanks to Junya and everyone in this team! We will work more diligently to make this team stronger to achieve more glory.
