Methods of Improving the Quality of Stainless Steel Precision Casting Castings

.Process planning: Strictly control the process. Before closing the box, ensure that the shape and sand core are in a warm condition, ensure the fluidity of the molten steel during pouring, and use alcohol-based zircon powder paint for brushing on the rough and damaged areas. Ignite and bake to make the surface of the mold lubricated.
.Mold planning: surface treatment list of stainless steel castings Start with the mold, clean the surface of the mold, that is, clean the surface with sandpaper and brush with nitro paint. For high-precision castings, use metal or plastic molds to improve the surface finish of the mold.
.Fillet planning: In order to avoid white holes during stainless steel forging, in addition to technically adopting methods, the wall thickness should not be too thin. When the wall thickness is more than 15mm, metal forging castings are used at the corners of the casting Fillet.
.Wall thickness planning: Because metal molds dissipate heat quickly, the small wall thickness of stainless steel forging should be larger than that of sand forging castings, various forging alloys. Forging small wall thicknesses of different sizes.
.Polishing plan: The flashing burr is removed in the polishing process, and the uneven surface is polished to cause excessive lubrication. Regarding the heat-treated castings, they are treated by grinding and polishing. The grain size of the steel shot is 0.85~1.4mm, the hardness is HRC40-50, and the large hardness error is ±HRC3.0.
.Material planning: starting with raw materials, using zirconium sand resin sand for the appearance and core making, mesh number 75-150, using thermosetting resin, the mixed sand has high refractoriness, lubricating appearance, good collapsibility, and simple sand falling.
